When does the host actually get paid?+
Slot payments sit in Flutterwave-backed escrow for the 30-day cycle. On day 30, with no open dispute, the host's full per-slot ask lands in their Lytesub wallet, ready to withdraw to any Nigerian bank — the platform fees were collected on top, so nothing is deducted from the payout.
What if a member's card fails on renewal?+
We retry once after 48 hours. If it fails again, the slot is suspended and automatically relisted in the feed so the host's income is protected.
How is my BVN/NIN protected?+
Stored encrypted (AES-256) with reference-only access. Other users only see your verified badge, never the number.
Can I host a service that isn't in the catalog?+
Yes — pick 'Custom Service' in the host flow. Name it, set the price, set the slots.
